OCIC registration is for children ages 7+ who are seeking sacraments for the first time to become Catholic, or have instances of delayed sacraments, i.e. has not received First Communion in the 2nd grade year or Confirmation in the 8th grade year.

 Registration does not commit your child to becoming Catholic. It helps us to stay in touch with you about classes and other important things to know. If you do decide to join the family of the Catholic Church, your registration allows us to gather required

documentation and avoid delays. Parent(s) attend classes alongside the children, ideally also with a sponsor.
