2008-2009 TUITION DATA PRESCHOOL –
GRADE 8
ST. JOSEPH CATHOLIC SCHOOL – MAUMEE, OHIO
1. The Preschool – Grade 8 per child
non-refundable Registration Fee of $ 75.00 is payable at
registration, and should be returned with FACTS paperwork,
along with this sheet to the school office before February
29, 2008. The paid Registration Fee is not deducted from
tuition.
2. The Preschool – Grade 8 per family
non-refundable Fundraising Fee of $50.00 is also payable at
registration with the amount to be added to the per child
Registration Fee check--one check for both fees. The paid
Registration/Fundraising Fee is not deducted from tuition.
3. Kindergarten – Grade 8 tuition paid in
full before July 1 is discounted three percent.
4. Preschool – Grade 8 tuition paid monthly
from July through April through FACTS:
A. By invoice: Green ink FACTS invoice form returned
B. By automatic withdrawal: Red ink FACTS automatic payment
form returned. Attach a voided check as indicated.
The red or green ink application form is
returned with the Registration Card/Fees to the school
office before February 29. The FACTS ten month payment
schedule begins in July and ends in April. Late fees will be
incurred for missed payments.
5. Tuition Assistance, Kindergarten thru
Grade 8, or Grant & Aid Application, forms/directives are in
the designated Grant & Aid Folder. This information is
MAILED to FACTS before May 15. A FACTS application form is
also needed, for the full tuition amount and is returned
with the Registration Card /Fees to the school office in the
return envelope provided (for School Families). If awarded,
Grant & Aid will be subtracted from your balance after the
July payment. You will be notified.
6. Any FACTS or other accounts owing payment
to St. Joseph School must be paid in full before May 1,
2008.
7. Please fill out and return this form,
along with all other paperwork and fees before February 29,
2008 (School Families) to the school office, in the sealed
return envelope provided (for School Families).

Fundraising Fee
At registration, each Preschool – Grade 8
family will pay a non-refundable $50.00 per family
Fundraising Fee entitling the family to one “Magical
Evening” dinner and silent auction ticket. A list will be
provided to ticket sellers. Our one St. Joseph School
fundraiser is in October, 2008.
Waiver of Registration Fee
The per child $75.00 Registration Fee will
be waived for any current preschool student registering for
St. Joseph kindergarten, or for any current kindergarten
student registering for Grade 1. If this pertains to your
registration, please indicate that on the reverse side after
point No. 1.
