CYO Parent Information Page
Students must be a registered member of St. Joseph Parish or attend St. Joseph School to participate. If you wish to participate at St. Joe's and are registered at a different parish, you will need to complete a Transfer Request Form and submit it to the Athletic Director as early as possible. CYO has the final approval of all transfer requests.
Each athlete must supply a completed Athletic Contract for each year to participate. We offer free physicals in the fall and winter for your convenience, or you can use your own physician if you wish.
Each athlete must supply a completed Emergency Medical Authorization form for each sport they participate in.
New players are assigned to a team by the Athletic Board only. We attempt to keep teams together from year to year. If a new athlete would like to participate, please contact the appropriate sports commissioner or the athlete director.
Parents can help us continue to offer the best sports experience by filling out a Coach Evaluation for their child's coaches and returning it to the parish or Athletic Director. All information will remain confidential.
Participation Costs
Cross Country - $15
Volleyball - $35 + $10 uniform deposit
Basketball - $35 + $25 uniform deposit
Track - $15
Uniforms Costs
Cross Country uniform consists of a tee shirt available from the program for a nominal fee.
Volleyball uniforms consist of a top and shorts and are supplied at no cost. The $10 deposit will be returned when the uniform is returned in good condition. Teams have the option to supply their own uniform if they wish.
Basketball uniforms consist of a top and shorts and are supplied at no cost. The $25 deposit will be returned when the uniform is returned in good condition.

We attempt to keep the cost to participate affordable. These fees only cover a portion of our costs. The rest is payed by the Boosters through fund-raising with the Fall Feather Party, Reverse Raffle, Youth Drive and Fish Fry. Please consider supporting these events either as a volunteer or an attendee!

Six month notice and Engaged Couples Conference required. Please call the Parish Office.
