Adult Formation

Christ Renews His Parish 2011
CRHP, is a spiritual renewal experience which brings adult parishioners together in small groups in order to deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ and each other. Since its beginning in 1969 in Parma, Ohio, Christ Renews His Parish has proven to be an effective instrument for spiritual growth in hundreds of parishes across the country, and here at St. Joseph’s. Thursday Night Catechism - You are invited to join us for a 10-week journey to deeper understanding of Catholicism. Each Thursday night we will meet in the Church basement from Feb. 17 - April 14, 2011, from 7 - 9 p.m., as we study our beautiful faith on an adult level. The format will be mainly lecture with some discussions and questions and answers.

Adult Confirmation Class
March 15, 22, 29 and April 12, 2011
If you are over the age of 16 and have not been confirmed in the Church but would like to be, you may attend this class and become eligible for the Sacrament this Easter. You must call Dcn. Joe Malenfant at the Parish Office to register and be approved for this process. All are welcomed to attend as a deeper study of the faith and the Sacrament of Confirmation.
Bible Study - Join us on Thursday nights in a group devoted to studying the
Scriptures on a deeper level. This is a lectionary based series that takes a comprehensive look at each week's Mass readings by the use of weekly preparation with the aid of a workbook with commentary and questions to aid the study. Thursday Evenings at 7:00 pm in the Plane & Lathe Room.
